I feel better now. All it took was one beautiful day. I got outside and forgot all about the computer for a while. On Saturday we went to my sister's house for the first cookout of the season. It was sunny and warm and the kids were wearing shorts and sandals for the first time in a long time. Unfortunately it doesn't look like spring yet, nothing like the photo above which I took from Google. It actually looks more like the one below. But it felt like spring, and that's the most we can hope for this early in March.

It's a hopeful time of year, isn't it? Let's just hope we don't have a snow storm next week!
