Hey Judy are you actually in Italy ...or just vicariously so. I just wanted to comment on your recent "no comments" post. As someone who's been blogging now nearly 3 full years, posting every day, I do (also) love to see comments at the end of the day or the next morning when I sit down here to write the new day's post but ... it's not the reason why I blog.
For me I love to let off steam (if need be), ponder life, show things in photos that I find beautiful and amazing and talk about both my loves and hurts. I especially enjoy the ritual of keeping a daily visual journal avec text (usually) and the comments are ultimate frosting.
I do hope you'll keep blogging and I do hope you actually are in Italy because we know that that would make you very happy.
Yes, I was actually in Italy. I wanted to leave a hint about where I was, but didn't want the whole world to know when we weren't at home. And, yes, it did make me very happy. Thanks very much for your encouragement.
