I woke up this morning feeling like I had been hit by a big truck. Everything ached, especially my neck and back. My husband has been limping around the house, suffering from plantar fasciitis. I got out the heating pad for my back, and he got a tub of ice water for his foot. Exciting around here, isn't it?
Aging is no fun.

While feeling lots of sympathy for you Judy, this post makes me laugh so much. I know what you mean - it's the same here - husband's sciatica, my shoulder - our daughter is living here for a while and I don't know how she stands all the groaning and limping around all the time.
As for our stunning social life...the cat gets out more at night than we do (or actually want to for that matter).
I know, Pam, we might as well laugh at it. We laugh at ourselves limping and groaning, too. Our cats are our biggest source of entertainment. I hope you and your husband both start to feel better.

I got a massage and it helped a lot. My husband went to a foot doctor today and got a support for his shoe and a prescription for steroids.
