We got about three inches of snow last night. Towns to the north of us got quite a bit more. Schools are closed and interstates are a mess. I am at home with the fireplace burning. Ah, the joys of retirement!
See the two igloos in the background? That's where the feral kitties come in from the cold. If you look really close, you can see the kitty inside.

Aren't those igloos wonderful?
Yes, I am so glad I found them. I have kitty beds and blankets inside.
I have only seen snow a couple of times in my life, and one was when I was prac teaching in the U.S. and the children would arrive, all rugged up, off those big yellow buses.
We have snowfields with resorts and chalets in eastern Australia but seasonally very expensive as you can imagine.
Have enjoyed your snow pictures Judy.
Hope you are feeling much better.
When I was a child, I was one of those children who arrived in one of those big yellow buses.
I am feeling much better, thank you.
