Auditory hallucinations? I remember my aunt and mom having some strange things going on. Also, sometimes a urinary tract infections- which surely she doesn't have if released from the hospital- can have some really strange effects especially on the elderly. Been through this with my aunt and mom too.Mary
Being elderly is a struggle... both for the elderly and their loved ones.
The brain plays funny tricks, and sounds like hers has had a bit of a hard time of it lately. I hope things settle down - very disorientating for her. She must have felt very special indeed with her recent birthday celebrations.
I think she did, Pam. She said, " the whole hospital is celebrating my birthday!".
That's sweet (about the hospital celebrating her birthday). I'm glad she was released.
