I Digress…
I'm changing the subject here for just one day. I have a lot more "show and tell" about our trip in Eastern Europe, but I had to get to this, too.
It's about blogging. I like sharing things with other people on my blog and reading their blogs. Recently, two of my favorite blogs have been shut down and that has made me sad. Now another favorite is taking a break. I know it can get frustrating when you put so much effort into it and it seems no one is paying attention. I know I have people who read and don't comment, so I keep putting it out there. Plus, it's a way for me to express things that are on my mind, so I keep doing it.
I miss the blogs I used to read that have gone away, so I will look around for some other "kindred spirits" on the web. Many bloggers are so young and hip that they make me realize that I am a part of the older generation. I like finding bloggers around my own age that I can relate to. I hope they are still out there.
You who are reading… I love that you are reading. I will keep showing you and telling you about things I want to share. Thank you for being there.
Perhaps something is happening in their lives, or, maybe, nothing is. My life seems nearer the latter, which is why I have never set up a blog myself!!
ReplyDeleteIt's funny, sometimes I have absolutely nothing to say, then suddenly I think of something interesting. It comes and goes…
ReplyDeleteI do think the bloggers I like have very full lives, so I suspect it's just another time-consuming activity that they decide to drop.
Oh Judy - please continue with the show and tell. I am enjoying it so much. The first chance I've had to catch up and you've given me some wonderful reading.
ReplyDeletePam, I will certainly continue with my journey. There is so much more to show and tell.
ReplyDeleteThank you for being there!
"Incessant barking..." that's me!
ReplyDeleteYou find good graphics and images, Judy... always spot on.
You have been a blogging inspiration to me, not only because you have been supportive of my blog, but because of your determination to tackle technology, and face the future- however daunting! I'm always hoping your indomitable spirit rubs off on me!
Oh Natalie, I find such inspiration in your blog! The family love, the creativity. the love and care for animals. I often wish that some of your skill with cooking, building, quilting, embroidery, etc. will rub off on me. Let's keep going together!
