I took this photo this morning. The feral kitties are having their breakfast on our deck.
Almost two years ago, Munchkin was one of the feral kitties, one of a litter of four. She is the one on the left, with the little white spot on her chest.
This is before we brought her inside and adopted her.
She was the friendliest one, and took to us readily. Here she is when we first brought her in. We kept her downstairs for a few days and introduced her slowly to our three other cats. For a couple of days she lived in a large dog crate that we borrowed from my sister. We gave her the little bed, which she loved.
Here she is today. I took these two photos this morning. She has been our pet for almost two years now, and is part of our family.

xoxoxo Susan + gang
we only feed one ... Bruce we call him our 4th cat & dog makes a heated home for him every winter in our shed.
You are a feral cat angel, too. Lucky Bruce.
Glossy gorgeousness....
She is gorgeous... and sweet. She sleeps on my bed every night.
She's beautiful. Years ago I adopted a feral mother and all her kittens and one of them was black and we called him Munchkin, so it does my heart good to see his lovely namesake.
Thank you, Arthur. Adopting the mother and her kittens must have been quite an adventure... it would be nice to see them grow up together.
i like the phrase feral cat angel.
Our twin kittens, both black, one short one longer hair, have been delightful. Glad to see your tribe!
Cheers from Cottage Country - no feral cats here, too many coyotes!! I heard them at dusk and rallied the troops to bring our three cats indoors.
Bearette, I like that too.
Jenn, I'm so glad we don't have coyotes around here... lots of raccoons though. They come and steal any leftover cat food at night. My husband throws water on them, but they keep coming back.
