Not sure if that was a good idea, but it's working so far.judy in kyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05810068743975026564noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4101571539062052986.post-85617864350088886832012-05-31T15:50:46.521-07:002012-05-31T15:50:46.521-07:00Brilliant! I hope this will be the case with you too.Arthur Ransomehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15775858936238630182noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4101571539062052986.post-81874310844574099032012-05-31T12:44:19.649-07:002012-05-31T12:44:19.649-07:00Most people have never heard of Sjogren's, unt...Most people have never heard of Sjogren's, until Venus Williams' experience brought it to light. Your missionary zeal is appropriate here, because I have an issue with sugar. I know it's bad for me, but I have a hard time staying away from it. I hereby declare my intention to give it up for good.judy in kyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05810068743975026564noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4101571539062052986.post-67942838994969615402012-05-31T12:12:24.684-07:002012-05-31T12:12:24.684-07:00I am sorry to hear you have this disease. It's easy for some of us who naturally prefer that kind of food. Last year a friend and I decided to lose weight and we have done so, slowly but surely, by eating sensibly and healthily. One of the things I have done is to give up sugar. I am now full of missionary zeal about this as I feel so much better without it. We eat so much sugar, it's in almost everything, and we're not designed to cope with it. Based on my experience, I think you would feel much better if you give it up. I hope you find the healthy eating as helpful as I've found it.Arthur Ransomehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15775858936238630182noreply@blogger.com
